MISSION ORDER

Article 1 : The Vovinam-Viet Vo Dao of Mali is responsible for organizing in Bamako, an international seminar to be held from 23 to 29 November, 2013.

Article 2 : Misters Aboubacar Coulibaly and Fodé Kamissoko have jointly the responsibility to organize this exceptional event.

Article 3 : Technical Direction of the seminar is provided by master TRAN Nguyen Dao.
