Report of the International Training Course for Masters in Dakar, Senegal
- Following the order of mission (Ref: 221-2018-CTI / FR-20-10-2018) of the President of the International Technical Board.
- The National Committee for the Promotion of Vovinam-Viet Vo Dao Senegal was in charge of organizing the international training course for Masters, reserved only for Masters and 3rd Dang, from 17 to 24 November 2018 in Dakar (capital of the Republic of Senegal) and in Mboro, Senegal.
- Master DIOUF Seydina Ababacar (President of the National Promotion Committee of Vovinam-VVD Senegal) and Master FALL Moustapha (President of the National Council of Masters) are jointly responsible for organizing these exceptional events.
- The Technical Direction of the internship was ensured by :
- Grand Master TRAN Nguyen Dao (President of the international technical board).
- Master BLOUME Daniel (Expert in charge of development in Africa ).
The first part of this exceptional event, which took place from 18 to 22 November 2018, took place in Mboro, a small coastal town in the north-east, 117 km from the capital Dakar, and saw the participation of twenty-seven ( 27) trainees (12 masters and 15 teachers) from Burkina Faso and Senegal.

II.The International Masters Training Course at MBORO
1 The organizer of the internship
The organizing committee is composed mainly of the leaders of Vovinam-VVD Senegalese :
- DIOUF Ababacar Seydina : President of CNP
- FALL Moustapha : President of the National Council of Masters
- DIACK Soyoubou : Teacher.

The opening ceremony of the course began at 09:30 sharp on Sunday, November 18, 2018, at the international accommodation center, in a small coastal town north-east to 117 km from the capital Dakar.
The opening speeches of the CNP President and Grand Master TRAN Nguyen Dao are sober in a festive atmosphere in front of many highly motivated trainees.

The internship is led by Grandmaster TRAN Nguyen Dao with the assistance of Master Bloume Daniel. The programs are distributed as follows :
1 The technical program:
1- Footing and warm-up in the Mboro Woods.
2- Revision of all the basic techniques: Fists, Feet, Elbows, Knees, Chem, Gat ...
3- VAT techniques from N ° 19 to N ° 28 and Song Luyen VAT 3.
4- Viet Vo Dao Quyen and Ngoc Tran Quyen.
5- 12 Techniques of Moc Ban.
6- Dai Dao (Halberd).
7- Song luyen 4.
2 Theoretical program:
1- Code of honor of the Masters.
2- The duties of the Master.
3- The basics of Vovinam Viet Vo Dao.
4- The orientation of Vovinam-VVD
5- History of Vovinam Viet Vo Dao.
6- Summary of the International Convention of the Education Program.
7- The intuition of creation of Vovinam-VVD
8- 16 longevity gestures.
9- The Asian symbolism.
IV.nternational grade crossing of Vovinam VVD :
The morning of November 22, 2018 was dedicated to the 4th Dang grade crossing.

V.Ceremony of proclamation of the results of the Passage of rank - belt delivery and closing of the international course

Master FALL Moustapha, President of the National Council of Masters, proclaims the results of the passing of the ranks of master and directs the ceremony of delivery of belts and diplomas.
Grand Master TRAN Nguyen Dao gives the welcome speech to the 5 new young masters and recalls the duties of the master. It was a moment of emotion and joy on the faces of all the new masters and participants.
Master DIOUF Seydina Ababacar, President of the National Promotion Committee of Vovinam-VVD Senegal, delivers a speech of thanks and proclaims the closing of the internship.
