The 7th World Congress of Vovinam-Viet Vo Dao was enclosed successfully after 5 days intensive activities, serious and overflowing with emotion. Here are the express summaries of the results of 7th Congers while waiting for it against official depiction.

Examiner - Theses - Promotion of masters :

    • 8 Masters succeeded their examinations : 5 France, 1 Belgium, 1 Burkina Faso and 1 Ukraine.
    • 4 Masters succeeded their theses : 1 France, 1 Belgium, 1 Span and 1 Ivory Coast.
    • 8 masters promoted to the upper rank : 1 France, 1 Belgium, 1 Burkina Faso and 5 United States.

The participants :

    • Number of master : 110 masters, of who 63 present and 47 mandates, to distribute on 5 continents.
    • Count participating countries : 14 countries
    • Count participants : 425 among which 314 competitors.
    • Guest of honor : Professor NGUYEN Manh Hung, President of the International University Hong Bang.

The projects : All the projects were adopted with modifications:

    • Project modification of the international system of ranks.
    • Project modification of the principle of delegation of power.
    • Project modification of 10 fundamental principles.
    • Project of the program of teaching International.

The new leaders of the World Council of Masters :

    • President : NGUYEN Dan (young brother of the founding master)
    • Vice-president : VO Trung (Usa)
    • General Secretary : TRAN Nguyen Dao (Fr)
