Considering the statement from master Ha Kim Khanh, General Secretary of the World Council of Masters, ref. 110-17-TTK-27-11-2017 dated 27/11/2017, announcing the organization of the international examination of grading.
On July 27, 2018, the World Council of the Masers of Vovinam-Việt Võ Đạo held an International Examination of Higher Level and Thesis for the Masters at the 5th Vovinam World Cup -Việt Võ Đạo in Brussels, capital of Belgium.
